CenterWell Senior Primary Care is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic, multidisciplinary team at our Norfolk, VA clinic.
- Low Patient Volume (12 per day)

Our ideal candidate:
- Hold an active, unrestricted NP license in the appropriate state
- 3-5 years of experience as an NP in geriatrics and/or primary care
- Maintain current certification as an NP
- Possess or have the ability to obtain a current DEA license
- Embrace the role's patient-facing nature and participate in Humana/Senior Bridge's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program if selected
