Join a strong Primary Care group as a full-time Nurse Practitioner at Providence Hawks Prairie Family Medicine Clinic in the beautiful community of Lacey, Washington. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative and mission-driven group of professionals while enjoying a highly balanced schedule.

  • Flexible Monday to Friday schedule with 4/10 hour shifts and up to 1 day of Telehealth possible

  • Compensation is between $124,432 and $143,358 per year, additional Quality, RVU and Panel incentives
