Family Nurse Practitioner - Phoenix, AZ

Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments, diagnose health conditions, and develop treatment plans
• Perform physical examinations and order diagnostic tests as needed
• Provide patient education on disease prevention, healthy lifestyle choices, and treatment options
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation

Qualifications:

• Master's/ Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in primary care or family medicine preferred
• Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
• Proficiency in patient care, discharge planning, venipuncture, and urgent care
• Knowledge of aesthetic laser treatment, ophthalmology, utilization review, utilization management, and workers compensation law are a plus
