Adelphi is seeking an Autonomous Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide examinations and preventive health services at a facility in Fluvanna, Virginia. The ideal candidate will be required to assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement care plans, and maintain medical records.

• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
• Provides education to patient, healthcare, and correctional staff.
• Perform care consistent with the scope of licensure and in accordance with the facility's policies and procedures.
• Additional duties as assigned by facility.
