Watertown Regional Medical Center is recruiting an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our outpatient primary care clinic in Juneau, WI. This is a full-time, hospital-employed position taking over the practice of an experienced Advanced Practice Provider. The incoming provider must be comfortable seeing patients independently, without another provider on-site for support.

Qualifications
• OR Graduate of a Certified Physician Assistant Program
• Current Wisconsin Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber (APNP) license with National Nurse Practitioner Certification required
• Current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) number assigned
• OR Current State of Wisconsin Certification, National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
Current BLS required, ACLS preferred
