Details
- Setting: on-site employee health and wellness clinic at a large financial center
- Location: Jersey City, NJ
- Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays only; 8am-5pm (1 hour lunch) - days are non-negotiable
- Start: within 2-3 weeks (7/22 or 7/29)
- Job Duties/Patient Cases:
- Physical exams (normal annual, pap smear experience preferred but not required)
- URIs, acute care visits
- Manage diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia
- Physical exams (normal annual, pap smear experience preferred but not required)
- Low patient volume: 8-12 per day (or less)
- Support Staff: MA that does intake, draws blood, takes vitals; a receptionist; and a PT
- Patient ages: 18 and up
- Board certified ANCC/AANP - either Family NP or Adult/Gerontology NP
- 3+ years of Nurse Practitioner experience
- DEA
- BLS (hands-on through AHA)
- Active New Jersey APRN license
