About This Opportunity: CareATC is currently looking for an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner that will work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary treatment team to provide exceptional patient care. The CareATC approach to is to work with our patient population to assist in chronic disease management through individual interventions, clinic support and ongoing education. The Family Nurse Practitioner will work collaboratively with the clinic staff to provide high quality, comprehensive primary care.

We are looking for an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to work full time Monday - Friday at our clinic serving the employees and families of Albemarle County, VA. This will be a newly built clinic and the FNP will work with a team of a Physician, Mental Health Professional, Physical Therapist, and Medical Assistants. There are no weekends, holidays, or on call hours.
