Client seeking Nurse Practitioner for contract assignment in Jacksonville, FL from August 1 - October 24. Hours are Monday & Wednesday 8:00am-5:00pm, Tuesday 9:00am-6:00pm, and Friday 8:00am-2:30pm, all with a 30-minute lunch break. Provider will see adults for primary care, acute care, phlebotomy, and point-of-care testing. Candidates must have 5+ years of experience, EPIC experience, BLS is required, and ACLS is preferred to be considered for this assignment.
