Specialty: Family Practice NP
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 3 months, possibility to extend
Shift Details: 9 AM - 6 PM, 40 hrs/week, 8-hour workday with 1-hour unpaid lunch.
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Work Details
Support Staff: Dedicated medical assistant for each provider, receptionist, mental health therapists, dietitians. Most clinics have an onsite pediatrician and a local healthcare administrator to submit timecards to.
Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: Full-time, 40 hrs/week.
Patients per day: Up to 18 patients.
Patient Population/Age: Newborns to Geriatrics.
EMR: EPIC
Special Procedures: Basic bread and butter procedures
Skills Required: Expected to hit the ground running. There will be a 1-week ramp-up with onsite orientation

Outpatient ambulatory setting: Community Health Center
Requirements
Board Certification: Required
License: Active WA license required. Non-licensed candidates will not be considered.
DEA: Active WA DEA required
Certifications Required: To be discussed at the time of credentialing. Providers will be responsible for obtaining any required certifications (BLS, ACLS, etc.).
Minimum Experience Required: Must have a clean background with no malpractice cases considered. Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as an FNP and face-to-face patient contact within the past year.

2-3 weeks
