St. Luke’s Health System is currently seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join the St. Luke’s Palliative and Supportive Care team. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about Palliative Medicine and is wanting to make a difference in the lives of the patient and their family.Experience in Palliative Care is preferred. What You Can Expect:Working in an outpatient setting4 days a week w/ 10hr shiftsWorking in a collaborative team Qualifications:Education: Graduate education from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program or qualifying education as designated by the Idaho Board of Nursing.Experience: 0 years relevant experience.Licenses/Certifications: License and certification, as required by the specialty, or be eligible to obtain licensure from Idaho Board of Nursing to practice as a Nurse Practitioner. Must obtain and maintain unrestricted prescriptive authority, DEA, and controlled substance license
