St. Luke’s Health System is currently seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join the St. Luke’s Palliative team in Twin Falls, Idaho. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about Palliative Medicine and is wanting to make a difference in the lives of the patient and their family.Experience in Palliative Care or Hospice is preferred. What You Can Expect:3 day work week, 8hr shiftsOutpatient care, home visits, outreach with other supporting clinicsCohesive team dynamicSupport staff, 1 physician, 2 APPs, social workers, RN, CMA Qualifications:Education: Graduate education from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program or qualifying education as designated by the Idaho Board of Nursing.Licenses/Certifications: License and certification, as required by the specialty, or be eligible to obtain licensure from Idaho Board of Nursing to practice as a Nurse Practitioner. Must obtain and maintain unrestricted prescriptive authority, DEA, and controlled substance licenses.
