Job Description
Providence Medical Group (PMG) is seeking an experienced nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join this collegial family medicine practice at PMG Bethany. You’ll be part of a collaborative, value-based, and patient-centered care team made up of physicians, advanced practice clinicians, behavior health provider, clinical pharmacists, case management, and an experienced clinical support team. Just minutes from the Intel campus, you’ll serve an ethnically and culturally diverse population in the Northwest suburbs of Portland, OR.
- Full-time, up to 1.0 FTE
- Monday to Friday, daytime hours, 4-5 days/week schedule
- Non-paneled, team-based care with direct and indirect patient care (in-basket management)
- Ideal candidates will be comfortable seeing all ages
- 2-years of post-graduate professional experience in a primary care setting required
