We are seeking an APP Clinical Manager to act as a liaison between the Primary Care, Pediatrics, and Behavioral Health providers and the service line leadership. This position will include both clinical and leadership responsibilities supporting the Primary Care, Pediatrics, and Behavioral Health departments in Southern Indiana.

Position Details:

  • Full-time, Day Shift
    • Typically, Monday-Friday
    • Schedule contingent on provider specialty
  • 20% Admin time (10 hours per week)
  • 100% outpatient
  • Expected patient volume is contingent on provider specialty
  • Number of physicians and APPs in the practice is contingent on provider specialty

Responsibilities:

  • APP Clinical Managers oversee APP scheduling, professional development opportunities, recruitment, coordinating onboarding for new hires, clinical supervision, and team dynamics.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree required
  • Must be BC
  • ACNP, ACNP, FNP, NNP, PNP, or PA certification required
  • At least 5 years of APP Experience required

Hospital Overview

The new IU Health Bloomington Hospital and Regional Academic Health Center opened in December 2021. The facility offers a personalized approach to inpatient services (including intensive care, complex surgeries and comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology services), outpatient services with leading-edge diagnostic testing, flexible space in the emergency department for post-care observation, a dedicated trauma center and a cancer infusion center.
