Responsibilities:
Provide primary healthcare services to patients across the lifespan, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations.
Conduct comprehensive physical examinations, diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, and manage patient care independently.
Prescribe medications and therapies according to established guidelines and patient needs.
Educate patients and their families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and lifestyle modification.
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Qualifications:
Nurse Practitioner (NP) certification with specialization in Family Practice.
Active Washington state Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Family Practice preferred.
Strong clinical skills, including diagnostic reasoning and therapeutic interventions.
Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with patients and multidisciplinary teams.
