Contract Length: 6 months
Shift Details: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Schedule Options:
Facility may propose a 2-week on, 2-week off block schedule.
Alternatively, a 3-4 day per week schedule if the provider is open to it.
Work Details:
Support Staff: Robust team of Medical Assistants (MAs) onsite along with an MD.
Patients per Day: Approximately 20.
Patient Population/Age: Primarily an aging population.
Electronic Medical Records (EMR): Currently using CPSI, transitioning to Cerner.
Special Procedures: In-office cyst or wart removals, minimal surgical procedures. Some surgical capacity in the clinic, but mostly conducted at the hospital.
Practice Setting:
Clinic/Private Practice in a rural healthcare setting.
Location offers fishing, hiking, and world-class skiing opportunities north in Canada.
Affordable housing options available near a large lake with good schools in the community.
Active lifestyle with community members who enjoy hiking, mountain biking, and fishing.
Requirements:
Board Certification: Required.
License: Must have a valid Washington state license.
Certifications Preferred: Suicide prevention training (can be completed onsite, state requirement).
Certifications Required: Basic Life Support (BLS).
DEA: Required.
CSR: Required.
Minimum Experience: Open.
Credentialing Timeframe: 21 days. Must have an active WA license and be currently credentialed with WA state for Medicare/Medicaid billing.
