COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Nurse Practitioner (NP)

  • Up to $170,000 Salary (Based on experience)
  • Up to $20,000 Sign On Bonus + $10,000 for Relocation
  • State and Federal Loan Repayment Available (Up to $50K)
    • If someone does NOT qualify for above loan repayment, employer will give you $15,000 annually for Loan Assist
  • Medical, Dental, Vision - covered 100% for both employee and family
  • Up to 280 Hours of PTO plus 11 recognized holidays

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Nurse Practitioner (NP)

  • Rural Health Clinic - Full Spectrum Outpatient Medicine
    • Outpatient - 15-18 pats/day - 4 day work week
    • + Acute Care/Swing Bed - very low volume for this. Most likely don't have anyone to round on. If you do, it would be 1 patient/ day at most.
  • NO Call Required --- NO Admitting Required
  • 2 Swing/Acute beds

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Nurse Practitioner (NP)

  • Certified Nurse Practitioner
  • Primary Care Focus --- Also Open to Sub Specialties (Psych and Women's Health)
  • Seasoned providers or new graduates welcome!
  • H1b and J1 visa Sponsorship Available

COMMUNITY Nurse Practitioner (NP)

  • Northern Nevada - Small Rural Community
  • International Airport in Reno, Nevada (3 hours away)
  • Elko Regional Airport 1 hour drive away with flights to Salt Lake City, UT or Reno, NV Daily. 45 minutes to Winnemucca, NV.
  • Various camping opportunities as well as local hot springs
