• RNFA & FNP – Required (for NPs)
• NY license – Required
• 3+ years experience in and out of the OR (No new grads) – Required
• Clean background with no malpractice – Required for quick start
• Local Candidate Mileage only – Required
• DEA – Verbal Confirmation Required at Name Clear
• Must be proficient in Da Vinci Robotics Si and Xi and CERTIFIED – Required
