Follow-Up Care: Provide follow-up care to monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and ensure continuity of care.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, documenting all patient interactions, diagnoses, treatments, and outcomes.
Qualifications:
Nurse Practitioner (NP) degree with specialization in Family Practice or relevant experience in family medicine.
Valid NP license to practice in Washington.
Certification by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a family practice setting.
