Well established Community health facility is seeking a Family NP/PA to see patients in an out patient practice. Busy office and provider will see patients of all ages. They are staffed with other FNPs so will not be working alone.

Salaried position including:
PTO: 80 hrs
Paid Holidays
Personal time off: 16 hours
Sick time off: 40 hours
Unpaid time off: 40 hours
Health Insurance, Vision, Dental, Short/long term disability, malpractice insurance
CME: $1,000.00 a year
Professional License Reimbursement
