Family Nurse Practitioner

The Company: Our client is a growing Anti-Ageing clinic that currently specializes in Men’s Health looking to expand in Family Medicine.

The Position: Our client is looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner with Functional Medicine Experience to work specifically in a Men's Clinic.

• Up to $150,000 Depending on Experience
• Quarterly Bonus Structure

Requirements:

• Board Certification in Family Medicine
• Current Illinois License Required
• BLS And ACLS
• Active DEA
• Must Be Able to Practice Independently
• Preferred Experience With Men’s Hormone Therapy (TRT)
• Functional Medicine Preferred
• Experience in Endocrinology Accepted
• Willing to Train With The Right Candidate

Responsibilities:

• Tuesday – Saturday (Half Day Saturday)
• 8:00 am to 5:00 pm – Flexibility in Schedule
• 20 to 25 Patients Per Day (Adults Only)
• No Nights
