Summary: Join our family practice team as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) and provide comprehensive, patient-centered care across all age groups. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions while emphasizing preventive care.
Responsibilities:

Conduct health assessments, diagnose illnesses, and develop treatment plans.

Prescribe medications and therapies, and educate patients on self-care.

Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Document patient encounters accurately in electronic health records.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education.
Qualifications:
-
Current NP licensure.

Furnishing License with Schedules II
-
Active DEA needed before the start
-
3+ years of clinical experience in primary care or family practice is highly preferred
-
Proficient in physical assessments, diagnosis, and chronic disease management.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Setting:

Outpatient clinic setting (Monday-Friday 8-5)
