Requirements to apply:

Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) and Board Certification (CNP or similar)

Active and unrestricted MA Nurse Practitioner license required

DEA State license

Minimum one year of post-graduation experience required, including some work with the senior population

We have an immediate need for a direct hire, full time Nurse Practitioner at one of our growing centers!
Job Overview
Under the supervision and direction of the Physician and Medical Director, the Nurse Practitioner provides primary care to our visiting Day Center participants by evaluation participant physical complaints and providing appropriate treatment. Some travel to nursing facilities or patient homes during the week may be required. Focus on quality, collaborative care- patient care at your own pace.
