Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - Full Time State Traveler & PRN/Part Time - In Home Risk Assessments

Type:

  • Full Time Permanent in Kingston, Newburgh, Poughkeepsie, Rochester, Syracuse and Troy
  • PRN/Part Time in counties throughout all of New York

Location:

  • Travel to homes, skilled nursing facilities, or assisted living facilities within in the state.

Workload:

Full Time:

  • Monday – Friday, Saturdays are optional
  • Full-time work week expected
  • Four weeks on followed by one week off

PRN/Part Time:

  • Days, Evening, Nights, weekend, Flexible Scheduling
  • 25 hours or more/month-Flexible Scheduling
  • PRN providers are non-benefited except for limited Voluntary Benefits
  • Mileage Reimbursement paid for all miles when 20 or more completed assessments/month
  • No show payment for 10 or more booked assessments/month

Salary

Full Time:

  • $110,000 - $120,000 per year based on geographic location and experience
  • Enticing bonus opportunities

PRN/Part Time:

  • Earn from $2,300 up to $11,500 per month (Based on an average 20-100 completed visits per month, and pay of $115 per completed assessment). Compensation range is based on availability and assessment completion.

Licensing: Additional state licenses may be required based on business needs

Who We Seek:

  • Master’s Degree required OR commensurate experience and satisfactory completion of NP licensure
  • Master’s Degree required OR commensurate experience and satisfactory completion of PA licensure
  • Current RN and NP/PA licensure in state of practice to include prescription authority or the ability to obtain prescriptive authority
  • Board certified by the NCCPA, AANP, ANCC or the AACCN in an approved specialty
  • Have a current BLS, ACLS or CPR certification
  • Have a Minimum of 1 year experience as a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant. Have the ability to travel either in state or out of state
  • Have strong computer skills and familiarity with EMR software
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with patient, clients and colleagues
  • Have a positive and outgoing personality, and be a team player. Be comfortable and flexible with frequent change

Travel Requirements:

  • For this role, candidates must travel for up to four weeks of travel, hold a valid driver's license and meet our automobile insurance standards.
