Job Overview
The Nurse Practitioner provides primary care to enrolled participants by evaluating participant physical complaints and providing appropriate treatment. The Nurse Practitioner functions beyond as an advanced practice nurse and as an integral member of the interdisciplinary team. Physical attendance at the facility and/ or participant home is essential to performing the job duties.
