Job Overview
In this role, you will provide physician-supervised healthcare services, delivering general medical care, conducting physicals, assessments, evaluations, and minor surgeries for patients in an outpatient, primary care community health center. As a healthcare professional, you will also instruct and educate trainees and staff while participating in public relations efforts. Your clinical responsibilities include offering quality care within the scope of state or federal law, performing physical examinations, and implementing treatment plans. Additionally, you will contribute to the organization's Clinical Performance Measures and the Patient-Centered Medical Home program. Administrative duties involve in-service staff training, maintaining patient records, and attending internal and external meetings. The role requires compliance with established standards of care, policies, and procedures.
