Details:
- Part-time Position/ Full-time also available
- Office hours: Mon 7am- 6pm, Tues 7am- 5pm, Wed 8am- 6pm, Thurs 8am- 5pm, Fri 8am- 4pm, and Sat 8am-12pm
- Hours will discussed during the interview
- Duties will include direct patient care, management, Primary Care with a mix of bariatric medicine, 15% Medicare
- Joining a team of 1 MD and 3 Advanced Providers
- Please have at least 1 year of experience as an NP in Primary Care or a related setting
- Medical Weight loss experience is a plus
- Open to new graduates with a passion for weight loss and primary care.
- Local candidates will be strongly considered
- IL license must be in hand or in process
