We have an immediate need for a direct hire, full time health provider at one of our growing centers!
Job Overview
Reporting to the Medical Director (MD), and the Chief Medical Officer (CMO), the mobile health provider will work with an integrated care team to provide comprehensive mobile medical services to under-resourced patients across the Yuba, Sutter and North Sacramento regions. Care will be provided in a variety of settings, including farms, organizations serving the un-housed population, schools, community-based organizations, and more. The mobile health provider will work with the Clinical Services Manager and the expanded care team to optimize mobile medical service delivery for all relevant populations.

Qualifications
Must have and maintain: California Medical License, DEA License, BLS Certification
Must be comfortable delivering the full spectrum of Family Medicine care, including Adult, Pediatrics, Family Planning, basic Acute Care, and Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT)
Experience with mobile health or street medicine preferred
Experience in a Community Health Center or Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) preferred
Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
Creative skill, ability, resourcefulness and judgment in the analysis and solution of medical problems
Experience and knowledge of multi-ethnic and under resourced communities preferred
