- Setting: Outpatient multispecialty clinic in Palmdale
- Dates: ASAP for 3-6 months with possibility of extension
- Schedule: M-F 8:00am-4:30pm
- Scope of Work: seeing all ages for acute, chronic and preventive care and education
- Volume: 20 ppd per provider
- License & Certifications: active CA lic, CA furnishing lic, DEA, BLS
- Pay Rate: $80 per hour
