Client is seeking a NP/PA for a contract assignment in Spring Grove, PA from October 30, 2023 - April 24, 2024. Provider will see ages 3 and up for primary care and acute care. Duties include diagnosing and treating chronic diseases and acute/episodic occurrences; performing physical examination and preventive health measures; ordering, interpreting, and evaluating diagnostic tests; recording physical findings and formulating plan and prognosis; submitting health care plans and goals; prescribing or recommending drugs or other forms of treatment, referring patients. Clinic is staffed with one provider and one medical assistant.
Hours are Monday and Tuesday, 7:00am - 3:30pm; Wednesday, 7:00am - 5:00pm; Thursday, 11:00am - 7:00pm; Friday, 8:00am - 1:00pm. Candidates need to have 2+ years of experience in order to be considered for this assignment as well as having experience in a clinical setting, being proficient in the use of an electronic medical record, and having a state license. Preferred qualifications are experience with eClinicalWorks, experience in Urgent Care or Occupational Medicine, and Phlebotomy certification.
