Eugene, OR: NP only, Ages 2+, dispensing site, DEA not req'd, Athena EMR
Dates: ASAP-10/9 Tues-Thurs: Tu/W 8a-5p, Th 7a-1p is ideal, but would consider any 22 hours a week during Mon-Fri with them some flexibility

DESCRIPTION:

On-site clinics for employees and their family members

Avg 2-3 patients per hour

Seeing patients ages 2 and up

Primary Care/Acute Care with some Occ Med/Urgent Care

2-3 years of APP experience in a clinical setting

BLS or ACLS required

REQUIREMENTS:

• OR State License
• BLS
• 1 to 2 years of solid NP experience
