Full-time PA/NP for Hospital employed outpatient practice in Northeastern Ohio

-Cleveland Clinic affiliated multi-specialty group practice (Hospital Employed)
-Outpatient Only, all ages practice in a clinic environment with lab & imaging onsite
-Flexible weekday schedule and limited call shared by group of 10 APPs
- Responsibilities to include general outpatient well/sick visits, EKG Interpretation, Pelvic Exam/Pap Smear, Trigger Point/Joint Injections, Skin/Tissue Biopsy, Suturing of Minor Lacerations, Incision & Drainage, Employment Physicals, Disability Exams, Prenatal Care, Occupational health.
-EPIC EMR

Must have an OH License, and NCCPA or AANP certification, BLS/ACLS certification.


Compensation and Benefits:

  • Market-competitive compensation follows MGMA guidelines. Salary range $85,000-$130,000 (including any bonuses) depending upon experience (to be discussed at interview).
  • 3-year contract structure (to be discussed at interview): Guaranteed salary for years one and two (plus bonus incentive); year three productivity (with bonus incentive)
