We are actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our family practice team in the vibrant city of Charlotte, North Carolina. Job Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive health assessments and diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions within the family practice scope.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including preventive care and health promotion.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
- Provide patient education on wellness, disease prevention, and self-care strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Participate in collaborative team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of patient care services.

Qualifications

- Active, unrestricted NP/PA license in NC
- Current certification as an NP or PA

Working Hours

Full-Time Positions: Typically Monday-Friday 7am-4pm. On-call responsibilities may be required on a rotating basis.
Part-Time Positions: Flexible schedules available, with a minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.
