• Full-Time/ Permanent Role
• Mon-Fri (Daytime hours with no weekends nor holidays)
• Duties include; Collaborates with high functioning team of providers to primarly provide follow up with patients who present with complex endocrinology disorders, with a large focus on diabetes
• 90% of time outpatient department and 10% inpatient hospital performing diabetes consults
• Experienced and new grads welcome to apply
• CT license in hand or in the process
