• Total Number of Hospital Beds: 189
• Total Number of ED Beds: 22
• Trauma Level Designation: Level III
• Annual ED Volume: 28,000 (77 visits/day)
• Pediatric Visits: 15%

1. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED BY POSITION:

• BC/EM
• MD Hours: 7 am-7 pm; 7 pm-7 am
• APP Hours: 9 am-9 pm $115 Per hour
• Certifications Needed:
  1. ACLS
  2. ATLS (BC/EM Not Required)
  3. PALS

1. ED OPERATIONS INFORMATION:

• Admission Percentage: 25%
• Average Patients per Hour: 1.8
• Transfer Rate: 3%
• Teleneurology: used in ED for emergent neurological consults
• Specialty Back-Up: General/Trauma Surgery, Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Nephrology, Obstetrics, Oncology, Pediatrics, Pulmonology, Plastics, Neonatology and Urology
• EMR: MedHost
