Locums NP/PA Critical Care Need in Florida

Coverage Needed:

• May 3, 2025 - ongoing
• 10-15 shifts per month for nights only (7pm-7am)

Clinical Information:

• Patient Volume: 12-14 per day
• 18 Beds
• Support Staff: Critical Care Nursing, Emergent help from ED physicians and anesthesia if necessary, Critical Care MD available via phone
• APP 12 hour nights on-site with physician on-call/backup

Required:

• Current Flu Vaccine
• Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
  • Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
• Active FL License and FL DEA at time of presentation
  • DEA must remain in Florida for duration of privileges being active
• Acute Care Board Certified
• Must have a clean file
• ACLS
• Procedurally skilled in central line insertion, arterial line insertion and intubation
• Case logs: Must have at least 20 intubations within the past year and can provide documentation
• Must be able to practice independently without an attending (and be able to provide documentation)
