We are hiring a Physician Assistant - Emergency Medicine for a locum assignment in Elizabeth City County, VA!

Job details:

• Start: 07/07/2025
• Duration: Ongoing
• Shifts: 5, Day (8 Hours) 10:00 - 22:00
• Coverage Type: 3-4 shifts a month. Scheduled hours
• Schedule Details:
• 7a-1p, 7a-4p, 10a-10p, 12p-10p, 3p-2a, 9p-7a.
• 10a-10p, 2p-12a. (times may change). Must be willing to work some nights in order to be considered.
• Backup specialties: stroke center, OB, Int Cards, vascular, GI, surgery, ortho (with hand, spine), 2-3 days a week of neurosurgery, nephrology, neurology (in addition to telestroke), hematology/oncology, urology, pulmonary/critical care, and podiatry.
• Facility Type: Hospital
• Avg. Daily Census: ranges from 1.5-2.5 patients per hour.
• EMR: Epic

Job Requirements:

• PA-C, FNP, ANCC, AANP
• VA License
• ACLS or BLS
• CSR
• DEA
