Sky Lakes Medical Center is seeking two Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to join their Emergency Medicine team in Klamath Falls, Oregon. This role is ideal for candidates with an EMT or ER nursing background, though new graduates with relevant experience are welcome to apply. Shifts are 12 hours, with providers working 3-4 shifts per week, including a mix of day and night shifts on a rotating schedule. APPs primarily work in the fast-track ER. The ER consists of 28 ER beds with 10 fast track beds, performing basic ER procedures such as wound irrigation, laceration repair, and other routine emergency interventions. Pediatric cases are common, so comfort with pediatric care is highly preferred.The ER team maintains a collegial and inclusive culture, with at least one, but typically two, physicians in-house at all times. This is a great opportunity for hands-on providers who enjoy managing a wide variety of cases in a dynamic and supportive work environment.
