Job details:

• Start date: ASAP
• Shift times 11a-11p
• EMR: EPIC

Job Requirements:

• Board Certified NP/PA
• OH License (or in process)
• Proof of COVID vaccination
• BLS and ACLS (prior to start)
• Emergency Medicine- or Family Medicine-trained with at least 2 years EM experience as an NP
• Clean malpractice & licensing
• Permanent Placement Fee (add to "Additional Submission Requirements" with name clear)
