Emergency Medicine - APP (Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner) - Part-Time/PRN
Emergency Department
- Trauma Designation: Level III
- ED Volume: 30,000
- ED Beds: 28 (private treatment rooms with bedside registration)
- Specialized treatment rooms include:
- 3 large resuscitation rooms
- 1 dedicated reverse isolation room
- 1 decontamination room
- Specialized treatment rooms include:
- EMR: Epic
- Certified Chest Pain Center and Primary Stroke Center
- In addition to medicine, neurology, GI, cardiology, general surgery, and orthopedics, the ED has robust specialist coverage including plastics, hand, facial trauma, ENT, ophthalmology, dental and ankle trauma
- A dedicated psychiatric social worker who staffs the ED 24/7/365

- Open-heart surgery
- Computerized brain and spinal surgery
- Advanced MRI and CT scanning
- Geriatric psychiatry
