- Coverage Needed:
- November 2024 - ongoing
- Nights: 7pm - 7am
- 5-7 day stretches - must be able to commit to this frequency
- Clinical Information:
- Experienced Acute Care NP or PA needed
- Patient Volume: 2-8 patients
- Support Staff: nursing, RT, and multidisciplinary team
- Required:
- DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
- Current Flu Vaccine
- Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
- Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
- Must be able to commit to 5-7 day stretches
- Active FL License & DEA
- Clean file
- Board Certified
- Required Procedures: Critical Care interventions such as intubations, central lines, a-lines, etc.
