Schedule

• Full time
• 12pm - 8pm (except Mondays 10am - 10pm)

Clinical Information:

• Support Staff: ED doctor, ED nurses
• Average Patient Census: 1.5 pph
• Most Common Cases: Low acuity ED patients

Required:

• DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
• Current Flu Vaccine
• Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
• Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
• Board Certified in one of the following:
  • American Board of Emergency Medicine
  • American Osteopathic Board of Emergency Medicine
• Active TX License
• ATLS, PALS, ACLS
• Required Procedures: suture repair, abscess I&D, splinting
