- 4+ months
- 12hr coverage: Days 7a-7p/ Nights 7p-7a
- 15 shifts a month
- Clinical Information:
- Will be working clinical in ICU while MD is on call
- Patient volume: 12
- Support Staff: MDs & APPs
- Required:
- DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
- Current Flu Vaccine
- Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
- Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
- Active TN License & DEA (or easily transferrable one)
- Board Certified
- BLS, ACLS
- Must be able to perform: intubations, central line placements, arterial line placements
