Coverage Needed:

• ASAP - Ongoing
• 7p-7a
• 10-15 shifts per month
• Must be able to work these dates:
  • August 7-8, 13-15
  • September 4, 9-10, 21, 27

Clinical Information:

• Patient Volume: 12-14 per day
• 18 Beds
• Support: Critical Care Nursing, Emergent help from ED physicians and anesthesia if necessary. Critical Care MD available via phone
  • APP 12 hour nights on-site with physician on-call/backup

Required:

• Active FL License
• Board Certified
• Must have clean file
• ACLS
• Special procedures: CVC, Central Lines, Alines, intubations
• Sufficient case logs
  • Must have at least 20 intubations within the past year and can provide documentation
• DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
• Current Flu Vaccine
• Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
  • Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
