We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Critical Care Nurse Practitioner specializing in Critical Care to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in critical situations, ensuring the safety and comfort of patients while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. This role requires a strong foundation in critical care nursing, as well as the ability to perform diagnostic evaluations and utilize medical imaging systems effectively.

Job Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients, monitoring vital signs and assessing patient conditions.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient care activities.
Conduct diagnostic evaluations and utilize medical imaging techniques to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment.
Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment options, and recovery processes.
Participate in continuous education and training programs to enhance nursing skills, particularly in pediatrics and ophthalmology.

Qualifications

Ability to do Central Lines
Strong knowledge of critical care nursing principles and practices.
Proficiency in diagnostic evaluation techniques and medical imaging systems.
Experience or interest in pediatrics is a plus.
Ability to perform sonography procedures when required.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate medical records.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations.
