Details:
• Start Date: December 16
• Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (Day & Night; primarily looking for night shifts)
• Support Staff: Lead APRNs and APRN Director
Skills required:
• Provide front-line care and coordinate treatment for critically ill patients in the Medical Surgical Intensive Care Unit (MSICU)
• Perform patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and implement both pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions
• Conduct bedside procedures and deliver family-centered care to patients and their families
• Collaborate with acute care providers and interdisciplinary team members during daily rounds
• Perform physical exams, review medical history, and diagnose health and developmental issues
• Manage therapeutic regimens for patients with acute and chronic diseases, following approved guidelines
Requirements:
• BLS and PALS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of inpatient critical care experience
• Experience with EPIC EMR is a must
