Contract Length: ongoing (will also consider locums to perm)

Shift Details: 7a-7:30pm, no call

Schedule: 3-4 Days per week, Prefer someone with flexibility, but will try to work with what they can offer.

Work Details:

• Support staff: TBD
• Amount of coverage needed per month: 12 shifts
• Patients per day: TBD
• Patient population/age: 18+yrs old
• Department description: if there’s a person in the ER going to the OR, they’ll get their patient information prepared. They have the OR doc’s numbers to call in if needed.
• EMR: Cerner
• Skills required: APP that is comfortable with surgical pathology that will be covering the patients admitted to the hospital and doing any new consults coming in from the ER or inpatient. When not covering consults, they are responding to nursing calls, completing any surgery notes for patients that were admitted. Responding to any urgent codes on surgical patients. Must be comfy w/ basic skills like nose gauze and such and handle independently

Requirements:

• State license required: Yes, Maryland
• Board Certification: Required
• DEA: yes
• CSR: yes
• Certifications required: ACLS,
• Minimum experience required: 1 year with consult experience.

Credentialing Timeframe: up to 90 days
