Job description:-
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical examinations and medical history reviews.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., labs, X-rays) to diagnose and monitor patient conditions.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication administration, ventilator management, and other critical care interventions.
Provide ongoing patient education and counseling, addressing their concerns and ensuring informed decision-making.
Collaborate with physicians on patient care plans and procedures.
Oversee and guide the care provided by registered nurses and other members of the ICU team.
Document patient care meticulously and accurately in the electronic medical record.
Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in critical care medicine and best practices.

Qualifications
Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) with a specialization in Critical Care or Acute Care
National certification as a Critical Care Nurse Practitioner (CCRN)
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in an ICU setting
Strong clinical knowledge of critical care principles and procedures
Excellent critical thinking, assessment, and decision-making skills
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
