Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Nursing – REQUIRED
• Minimum Five (5) years of experience required preferably in long-term care
• Active PA License – REQUIRED
• BLS CDS DEA – REQUIRED
• Board Certified by ANCC or AANP – REQUIRED
• Certification as a Nurse Practitioner with prescriptive authority required
• A minimum of one (1) year working with the frail or elderly population strongly preferred
• Must have a valid driver’s license proof of insurance and have means of transportation
