We’re now seeking Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners for openings at a correctional facility in Columbus, Ohio. Our goal is to help open a range of options for our NPs so they can choose the assignments that best fit their goals and lifestyles.Corrections Psych / Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Contract Details:
- $60 – $65 an hour*
- Days
- 8-hour shifts
- Minimum of 2 days per week
- Contract can be full time
- This is a Longterm position; it could go on a year or longer
- Searching for a nurse practitioner with tattoo removal certification to provide part-time tattoo removal services at this correctional facility
- Work will occur on weekdays only (no evenings, weekends, or holidays)
- There will be potential for an increased number of shifts/per month as the assignment continues

Requirements:
- Current PMHNP licensure in Ohio
- BLS
- Active DEA
- Experience: 1 year of recent relevant experience
- Board Certified/ Board Eligible
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and facility personnel
- Psych experience required
- Corrections experience preferred
