Supplemental Health Care is hiring Nurse Practitioners to work at a partnering Corrections in New Lisbon, Wisconsin.
Nurse Practitioner Contract Details:
- $90-$95 an hour*
- Days M-F Full Time
- The New Lisbon Correctional Institution is a state prison for men located in New Lisbon, Juneau County, Wisconsin, owned and operated by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections. The facility opened in 2002 and holds 950 inmates at medium security.
- 13-week contract with possibility to extend
- Will provide care within their scope of practice and in accordance with the standards of the facility

Requirements:
- Current Wisconsin Nurse Practitioner License upon submission
- Please submit resume with fully completed 1098D form and reference form
- American Heart Association BLS
- 1 year of recent relevant experience
